Kalon&Co. Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We are happy to offer shipping on all Kalon&Co. boutique orders within the United States.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kalonandco.com. Once  the shipping label has been created we are unable to make changes.

  • Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order:

    • Orders under 2 lbs: $6.99 shipping
    • Orders 2–5 lbs: $9.99 shipping

    For larger orders, an additional $1.00 per item may be added to help cover packaging and shipping costs. Shipping charges will never exceed $20.00 per order.

  • Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $175

  • Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Yes! Local customers can choose in-store pickup at checkout and pick up their order during business hours at Kalon&Co.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Kalon&Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

    Approved returns are issued as store credit and may be completed in-store or by mail

  • Yes. We provide a free return shipping label for eligible returns. 

    You’re also welcome to return your item directly in-store at Kalon&Co., which allows you to avoid any return shipping costs.

  • The following items are final sale:

    • jewelry
    • accessories
    • hair care products
    • self-care items
    • candles
    • all sale or discounted items

Products

  • Most items run true to size, but fit may vary depending on the brand. If you need help choosing a size, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Some popular styles may be restocked, but many boutique items are in limited quantities. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it's gone.

  • Yes! Many items available online can also be found in our Kalon&Co. boutique, though inventory may vary.

  • No worries — we’ve got you.

    We offer 14-day returns on eligible items. You may return your item in-store or by mail, whichever is easiest for you.

    If returning by mail, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your return total.

  • If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit and down for a more fitted look.
