We are happy to offer shipping on all Kalon&Co. boutique orders within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order:
• Orders under 2 lbs: $6.99 shipping
• Orders 2–5 lbs: $8.99 shippingFor larger orders, an additional $1.00 per item may be added to help cover packaging and shipping costs. Shipping charges will never exceed $20.00 per order.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $175.
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Local customers may select in-store pickup at checkout and pick up their order during business hours at Kalon&Co.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you purchase from Kalon&Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• free of damage
• with original tags attachedItems must be returned in their original condition.

To make returns easy, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or full refund as store credit once your return is processed.

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose:
• Store Credit — issued for the full purchase amount
• Refund to Original Payment Method — subject to a $7 processing feeThis allows us to continue offering thoughtfully curated pieces and a seamless boutique experience.
