Appointment Information

  • Book online anytime! Our online booking system is super convenient and available 24/7! Head to our booking site to browse available time slots, choose your perfect service and stylist, and manage any upcoming appointments. It’s quick and easy! You can also give us a call during business hours, or shoot us a text. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

    Monday-Friday: 9am-7pm
    Saturday: 9am-3pm
    Sunday: Closed

  • Walk-ins welcome, BUT appointments are recommended. We love walk-ins, however we want to guarantee the service and time you want. Booking an appointment in advance is always the way to go.

  • Once you have booked, you’ll get a confirmation via text or email. Double check your confirmation message to make sure it’s all perfect! If anything is off, send us a text.

    We'll send you a friendly reminder via text/email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, which includes a link to confirm. It's super important that you confirm your appointment! While these reminders are helpful, we also recommend adding us to your personal/work calendars and contact list to stay in the loop.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us with a Minimum of 24 hours for all cancellations.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

    Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Failure to notify the salon of any cancellation or changes to any scheduled appointment before the start time will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service missed. Repeated cancellations and/or no-shows will result in the cancellation of all future appointments, and the inability to schedule without a deposit or prepayment total 75% of the requested service.

  • In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to rescheduling the appointment based on the availability of the stylist. At the stylists discretion. If the appointment must be rescheduled there will be a fee of 50% of the total scheduled services lost. 

  • We recommend giving yourself at least a 2-week window when looking for an appointment. Many clients enjoy scheduling standing appointments at their preferred time/day. If you'd like consistent scheduling, we recommend booking a few appointments in advance.

  • Consultations are always recommended when your unsure of what service is best for you, or your a new client. We even require some services can only be scheduled after a consultation. All Color corrections, extension, permanent wave, keratin, and bridal services require consultation and deposit.

  • For some more involved services, like color corrections, Extensions, Keratin, permanent waves, and even some blondes, we require a consultation appointment before you book. This gives us a chance to discuss the desired transformation, and what it will require to achieve it! How exciting!! NOTE: All consultations have a $25.00 charge. A $50.00 deposit for necessary appointments will be required.  Following all other policies.

  • Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service or our staff.  We have the right to refuse any service at any time if we feel as though the service can not be accomplished to ensure the satisfactory of the client's requests. 

Special Event & Wedding Policies

  • We recommend booking your wedding hair services 6 to 12 months in advance to secure your desired date, especially during peak wedding seasons. For very popular dates or stylists, booking as early as 18 months in advance is advisable. This allows ample time for consultations, hair trials, and ensures we can accommodate your needs.

  • We highly recommend and strongly encourage hair trials for all bridal styling. This allows us to work closely with you to perfect your desired look, ensuring you feel confident and beautiful on your special day. Trials also give us the opportunity to assess your hair type and make any necessary adjustments before the wedding day. We typically suggest scheduling your trial 4 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding, or 6 months prior if major color or cuts are happening.

  • Yes, we offer on-location services for weddings and events! We understand the convenience of having our stylists come to you. Please contact us with your location details so we can provide information on our service area and any associated travel fees. We will also let you know how many stylists are available to service your party, and the time required.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding booking. This deposit ensures your date and stylist are reserved exclusively for you. We will provide you with the specific deposit amount and payment terms during your consultation.

  • Absolutely. We can coordinate multiple stylists for larger parties to ensure everyone is ready on time.

  • Photos of styles you like, images of your outfit, and any hair accessories you plan to wear will help us create the perfect look.

    Also, please bring any specific makeup for allergies/ sensitive, or particular skin.

Payment Information

  • We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card. All credit card and Venmo purchases will inquire a 3.5% convenience fee.

  • Gratuity is not included, but it’s always appreciated! We ask that gratuity be cash only or Venmo sent directly to your stylist.

  • All services are non refundable, But we do offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

    If you are not absolutely loving your hair after your appointment, please contact us within 1 week  of your original service date to schedule a complimentary adjustment to reflect changes made to accommodate the original service request. 


  • All services are a la carte and pricing is not inclusive of any service other than what is listed.  A full highlight price, for example, does not include a glaze or haircut service.

  • Once the purchase is located and confirmed in our system, unused and unopened items may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment. If your purchase was made more than 10 days prior or has been opened/used, please contact us.

Studio Experience

  • To ensure you have a delightful and seamless experience, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you have any inspiration photos, bring them along—we love to see your vision! For our color clients, we kindly ask that you arrive with clean, dry hair. We understand protecting your clothing is important. That's why we provide a dressing room for you to change into a protective garment before your color service if you wish. If you have any previous color treatments,sensitivities or ALLERGIES please let us know so we can tailor your service perfectly. We can’t wait to see you!

  • We aim to create an enjoyable experience for all our guests. To help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere where everyone can fully relax and enjoy their time, we kindly request that you consider the importance of a calm environment during your appointment. This allows our stylists to provide you with their undivided attention and ensures everyone enjoys their time in the boutique or salon. We appreciate your understanding in helping us cultivate a mindful experience.

We offer complimentary WiFi, Beverages, shopping, dressing room and dressing robes (for color clients to protect their personal garments).  Relax in our comfortable seating, and relaxing atmosphere. We proudly use and sell  Natulique organic hair color, Redken Hair color, OWAY, Design me, and Pureology Hair care. Our stylists can recommend the best products for your hair type and styling needs.

  • Organic products are important because they prioritize your well-being and the planet's health. For you this means:

Healthy & Safety

  • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. When you book your appointment, please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have. If you would prefer a consultation to discuss your concerns and select products that are suitable for your needs, we would be happy to schedule that. We also recommend performing a patch test for any new products, especially color treatments, if you have known sensitivities. If you have any concerns during your service, please let your stylist know immediately.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you're feeling unwell or have an emergency on the day of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your appointment. Our cancellation policy might apply, but we will always be understanding of emergencies. Please, for the safety of our stylists and other clients, if you are feeling ill, please reschedule.

  • We maintain the highest standards of hygiene at Kalon&Co. All of our tools and brushes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each client. We use professional-grade disinfectants and follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. We are committed to providing you with a clean and healthy experience.

  • It is against Salon Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been determined to have head lice while receiving a service in the studio we would not be able to complete the service the same day. Clients must leave immediately and  services can then be rescheduled 48 hours AFTER treatment of the hair, scalp and home has been completed, and there are no signs of head lice or their larvae, determined by a doctor, or the stylist.
